The Bistrot des Remparts’ menu is infused with a stylish bistronomic spirit. Enjoy traditional cuisine rooted in its terroir.

Such as the astonishing Brie de Provins cheese cromesquis or the range of little desserts based on the theme of the Rose, with marshmallow, ice cream, jelly and sweets: a treat for the eyes, all in pink, and a treat for the palate with flavours of the Orient...

There are two dining rooms, opening out onto the street and the huge terrace, with a modern interior featuring harmonious grey and orange shades and backlit paintings of coats of arms.

The Bistrot des Remparts is open for lunch and dinner every day.

Choose from the two or three-course Pleasure Menu, the three-course Gourmet Menu, or À la carte.

Authentic Dishes

The Chef offers amazing dishes full of rich flavours mixing traditional cooking and innovative ingredients.

The Chef will satisfy the guests with a true passion for food with fresh products carefully selected.

Be tempted by the Duck Foie Gras poached in Moretum “Elixior” served with Rose chutney or the Supreme Poultry stuffed with crawfish served with mashed potatoes and tarragon and finished with a Brie beer caramel “Rabourdin”.

End your meal with a range of gourmet desert flavoured with Rose, Provin's local flower and emblem.
